Vice President: Miki Inosaka (last year’s president)

Treasurer: Grace Tomita
Web Manager: Jonathan Simmonds (re-elected for second term)
ACET is run by a group of elected officials who serve terms for one year. These positions are President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Web Manager. The elections of officers are held annually in September.
President
●Arrive early to set up for all ACET meetings.
●Secure volunteer presenters for meetings.
●Create workshops thru communications with publishers and teacher trainers.
●Approve of agenda for all meetings.
Vice-President
●Contact all ACET members to update up-coming meetings.
●Make agenda for all meetings.
●Assist President and other officers during absence.
Secretary
●Secure venue (AMIKAS) for meetings.
●Memo information during all meetings and forward info to other officers.
Treasurer
●Arrive early to all meetings in order to collect admission fees.
●Keep accurate record of all incoming/ outgoing ACET fund.
Web Manager
●Update information on ACET website.
